The completion and delivery time of an active design request depends on the number of revisions required. Depending on the complexity, the initial design deliverable typically takes 1-2 days to complete.
A request will be considered “active” as long as a designer is working on it. After the initial deliverable, you’ll have the option to submit unlimited revision requests until you’re fully satisfied with the end design. As long as you’re happy with the design, it will then be marked as “closed”.
You will have a dedicated project manager, your go-to person for updates, queries, and any assistance you need during the project lifespan. You’ll also have a dedicated Slack channel for all team members on both sides of the project.

Yes. We aim to provide our customers with a flexible alternative solution to hiring an agency or an in-house designer, so you can cancel your service subscription at any time. Cancellations will be automatically set for the end of your billing cycle.
No. We’re committed to keeping our pricing as transparent as possible. The package fee is fixed and what you’ll pay on a monthly basis.
No. Our customers’ satisfaction is key for us and we’ll do everything we can to satisfy your needs and requests. We offer unlimited revisions and you can cancel at any time, but we don’t offer any refunds for active billing cycles.
